Bhopal Institute of Technology and Science-Pharmacy was established in year 2003 by "Globus Institute of Engineering & Technology" education society, which is registered educational society, keenly devoted in the promotion and development of technical knowledge in the state. Presently the society is running 2 Pharmacy colleges and 3 Engineering and 1 MBA colleges in the form of group education system on a lush green campus of over 200 plus acre land.
The BITS-Pharmacy was established with the objective of research and excellence in pharmaceutical education. Since its conception the institute is providing nation with professionally sound and globally compatible budding Pharmacists. At the beginning of B. Pharm. course during year 2003, the building plan was designed keeping in view of higher education like PG course and "Center for research" (Ph. D. programme). Institute has started M.Pharm courses in year 2008 and numbers of research fellows are utilizing its research level facilities, giving the country new dimension in pharmaceutical field.
Besides running B.Pharm. course, institute is running M.Pharm. courses in Pharamceutics specializations, institute also provide the platform for research and development activities.
Emerging Globalization of Pharmaceutical sector has created a huge slit in the supply of professionally sound manpower to fulfill the requirement of industry. Our institution therefore would be an attempt to contribute in producing professionally sound Pharma graduates. Our mission is to create technically sound professionals, globally compatible and able to face challenges of latest development in industrial and academic sector.
